1 pump delivers one ounce. 1 pump is 1.25 egg whites. 1 pump is 3.25 grams of pure protein.

Pump should always be taken apart and cleaned in hot water before reuse on your next bottle of Egg Whites.

Note that the pump on the Half Gallon Bottle is 12″ tall, and 14″ tall on the gallon bottle. If you don’t think you have room for the gallon size in your refrigerator, you can call in and place a custom order for 3 gallons and 1 half gallon, or 2 gallons and 1 half gallon. Now you have a half gallon size for your refills to fit in your refrigerator, and can save money buying the gallon bottles. Just clean out the half gallon between refills to avoid contamination and bacteria.
